REFUND, deposit + CANCELATION POLICY

We hope your taste buds are completely satisfied with your order! If you are not for any reason, please take a look through our refund polices and let us know if we can help!

 

DEPOSIT


Deposits are required on all cake orders and orders larger than $50, the booking deposit is due when ordering, which is 40% of your order total. This is a non-refundable deposit to reserve your date. If payment is made in full at the time of booking, 40% will be non-refundable.

PAYMENT

The final payment on your order is due 7 days prior to the event or pickup date. Final payments for wedding cakes are due 14 days prior to the event. If you fail to make the final payment, the contract will be voided and the order will be canceled without a refund of your booking deposit.

CHANGES TO THE ORDER

There will be NO changes allowed less than 14 days prior to the event. NO changes will be allowed 21 days prior to any wedding orders. Design or flavor changes are subject to additional fees.

REFUND

If there is a defect in your product, please return it within 2 days of pickup. In this case we will provide you a proportionate refund for the amount returned if we determine there is a quality deficiency. We retain the right to judge our product quality for ourselves.

If you try one of our products and just don’t care for it, then we hope you try something different next time; however, a refund will not be given.

CANCELATION

In the event that you cancel or postpone your event, the booking deposit is non-refundable. If a cancelation occurs 14-days prior to the date of the event, all money will be refunded minus the booking deposit. If a cancelation occurs less than 14-days prior to your event all payments are non-refundable.

If you postpone your event and need to move the date, I will do my very best to accommodate the change but no guarantee. If you move your event up, your final payment due date will change. If your event is postponed to a later date, your due date remains the same.
